In this very first campaign from The Woolmark Company, shot exclusively for the Japanese market, we aimed to change Japanese consumers’ perceptions of Merino Wool and to showcase the material’s many high-performing qualities over less-sustainable synthetic materials.
Each film is a hyper-realistic scenario, stylistically shot to hero one of four unique benefits—Thermal Control, Long-Lasting, Easy Washing and 100% Biodegradable—all of which add up to make Merino Wool a completely natural, sustainable fibre, perfect for everyday life.
A charming series of did-you-know’s, designed to move Merino wool away from traditional perceptions of “high maintenance” or “only for cold days,” and to bring the fabric to the front of Japanese wardrobes.
